Our aim is to help you take the steps needed to start leading a healthier life but to do this in a fun and relaxing way! So, we’ve devised a range of great courses which are all free and start off with a no obligation free taster session.

The following physical activity taster sessions are available throughout September and October in your area.

All physical activity taster sessions are followed by a 6 week course for those who wish to continue.

As part of Live Well Suffolk’s ‘Let’s get physical’ campaign, we want to know how often you ‘get physical’ and by telling us, you could win a prize! We have some ‘Go Ape’ tickets to give away and all you need to do is give us 5 minutes of your time!
