Who we areLive Well Suffolk is the new healthy lifestyles service for everyone living and working in Suffolk. It’s commissioned by NHS Suffolk.
We’re here to help anyone who wants to kick unhealthy habits and start leading a healthier life. And the good news is that it’s all free!
We’re not here to preach or to tell you what to do! We’re here to give you friendly, practical advice, encouragement and support that will bring about lasting changes to your future health and happiness.
Our main focus is on helping people to quit smoking (for good!) and to maintain a healthy weight. However, we can also provide advice and point you in the right direction on a range of healthy lifestyle issues.
